About The Role:

You’ll help customers from when they sign up through activation and success.

  • Customer Activation:  Reaching out to new signups and helping with A2P verification (compliance). 
  • Onboarding Calls: Live Zoom sessions to help customers get setup, connect integrations, and get sending.
  • Inbound Customer Support: Triage customer questions and support tickets to deliver A+ fast support that actually solves problems. Document and escalate issues to the dev team, and maintain the follow up through resolution.
  • Proactive Success: Regular check-ins with customers at key lifecycle milestones, catch issues before they become cancellations, and find growth opportunities.

About You:

You’ll thrive if you have / are:

  • 3+ Years Customer Success Experience, Implementation, or Tech Support @ SaaS: Bonus points if you have experience at a company in martech or similar (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, SimpleTexting, Twilio, Postscript, Attentive, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Zapier etc)
  • Very Comfortable On Video (Zoom, Loom) & Phone: No problem hopping on video calls, calling customers, sending loom videos.
  • Computer Savvy: You’re basically a pro at using your computer. You type fast, use keyboard shortcuts, love connecting tools and figuring things out. 
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English + Charisma: You'll be drafting customer communications and running live calls constantly.
  • Zen Under Pressure: Customer's launch is in 3 hours, something's broken, they're not being nice about it. You can stay calm, solve it, leave them happy and impressed.
  • Detail & Process Obsessed: Attention to detail & ability to follow process can make all the difference. Between compliance, tech setup, strategy, and the nuances of SMS, attention to detail is a must. Small tweaks can save customers thousands of dollars.
  • Familiar With Marketing Automation Tools: You don’t need to be an expert in every tool but experience and a basic understanding of marketing automation is needed. Examples: Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, GHL, Calendly, Zoom, ClickFunnels etc. 

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Marketing Background: Bonus if you have been in a marketing role and/or understand modern marketing (paid traffic, landing pages, webinars, social media, low-ticket ascension funnels, copywriting, content marketing etc).
  • Direct experience with A2P / 10DLC or Compliance: Let us know if you’ve worked in compliance or have experience with A2P before.
  • Basic or AI-Assisted Development: Used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to build or fix things. You won't be expected to code, but if you can knock out small fixes with AI + developer review, that's a real bonus.
  • Real Startup Experience: You've worked somewhere you wore multiple hats and moved fast.
  • Interested In AI & Real World Business Applications: Not “I've heard of ChatGPT” but actively using it, building with it, figuring out how to apply it to real work.

Not A Fit If:

  • You’re NOT Technically Savvy: If you are unfamiliar with zapier or not great at computers, it won’t be a fit.
  • Live Calls Stress You Out: You will need to hop on lots of calls and help customers troubleshoot a plethora of issues. Need to have no fear calling and being on video.

Logistics

  • Location: Remote, based in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, etc.)
  • Hours: US business hours overlap required (roughly 9am-5pm Eastern or close)
  • Compensation: $2,500-$3,500 USD/month as an independent contractor, based on experience. Candidates with standout martech backgrounds may earn toward the top of this range or above.
  • Structure: 90-day paid trial period, converting to permanent role on successful completion
  • Start date: ASAP
