Common Questions

How do credits work?
Each plan includes a certain amount of credits for use and renews each month. These credits are used every time you send a text.

In our system, a SMS uses 1 credit and MMS uses 3 credits.

If you send SMS messages (above 160 characters) it will count as multiple credits.

The larger plan you purchase, the more you save on price (credits are less expensive).

Also, the credits roll over so no worries about using all yours in a month!

Can I send SMS & MMS?
Yes, you can send both SMS and MMS from the Roezan platform.

With MMS you can send pictures, animated gifs, small movies, mp3s, PDFs and more.
Do credits roll over from month to month?
Yes, if you do not use all your credits in 1 month, they will roll over to the next month.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes, you can also upgrade your plan in your dashboard at anytime.
How do I get a phone number?
When you sign up initially, each plan comes with 1 free phone number.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes - we have a 14 day free trial (or until you use up the initial 50 credits).
