Market Context: Why Most Funnels Are Dead

Right now, trust is at an all-time low:

Everyone’s seen the “be a coach” pitch a thousand times, so they are WARY of "buy my course bro" offers.

And attention is even worse....

Webinars, especially auto-webinars from cold ads, have lost the punch they used to have.

People have webinar fatigue. Signing up for a 1–2 hour presentation from a stranger on cold traffic? Much more difficult now.

The old $2K product off an auto-webinar model is choking, and even top players in the game are shutting down funnels.

This stands out as a real person vs a super "produced" marketing ad.

Conversion hacks: 

#1: Ads that are shot by the water are performing better right now (like, literally go to a lake, an ocean etc).

Instead of putting an opt-in pre-video, the optin is time delayed near the end of the content.

Only people who are watching the content are opting in, so lead quality is typically very high. There is a time delay on the opt-in button.

This funnel gets a $500–$600 AOV (Average Order Value) with front-end and upsell.

Speed to value:

Buyers want quick wins, hence why this upsell to the Done-For-You Offer (store build and coaching) is doing well.

This offer actually took 1-2 months of testing different angles before launching the full funnel.

Run $100/month  Facebook ads to test copy (yes very low spend) → Identify best CTR + CPC → Build final funnel around winner.

Results:
